A.	The Website	The Patriotblack.co.uk website is owned and operated by Patriot Black. All of the goods on this Website are offered by Patriot Black. which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.
B.	Orders	Any order that you place, constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order. All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a "notification of despatch" email sent to your email address registered at time of purchase. If you wish to order goods which may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be asked when registering on the Website to declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
C.	Prices	All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges). All prices on the Patriot Black website are in UK Pounds Sterling We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
D.	Payment	Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
E.	Delivery	The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. Your package will normally be dispatched via the Royal Mail or other courier on the next business day after cleared payment. We always confirm via email that your Item has been shipped. Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly, and mid Wales. Please contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas.
F.	Non-Delivery	Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK. Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us by the Post Office as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
G.	Returns	Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy.
H.	Copyright	All intellectual property of Patriot Black such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Patriot Black. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Patriot Black and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material/pictures contained within the Website.
